Our tour delves into the facilities where the magical process of transforming cocoa begins. You will observe how the fruit is opened to extract the seeds and how these are fermented, preparing them for their next destination.

Step 3: In the Midst of Nature

We will walk among the cocoa plants, sharing details about the different varieties and their importance. You will have the unique opportunity to taste the cocoa pulp directly from the tree, experiencing the variety of flavors and how these influence the final profile of the chocolate.

Step 4: Cultivating Flavors

We will explain how the trees are pruned and the crucial importance of harvest and shade management for cocoa cultivation, essential elements for the quality of our chocolate.

Step 5: Between Forests and Cocoa

Alternating between the freshness of the forest and the cocoa crops, visitors can choose their path, whether through the serenity of the forest or along the path that winds through the plantations.

For the more adventurous, we offer an extra hike through the jungle, equipped with boots to explore the biodiversity that surrounds us more deeply. It's an opportunity to immerse yourself completely in nature.

Inhabitants of Paradise

Throughout the tour, keep your eyes open to spot the inhabitants of the area: toucans, macaws, hawks, hummingbirds, a variety of monkeys, raccoons, and if you're lucky, more elusive animals like the tolomuco, the ocelot, or the armadillo.
