How does this cocoa producer survive?
At the end of the journey, we visited the Swiss Bruno Lötscher, who emigrated to Costa Rica when he was young. A few years ago, he and his wife Aura purchased around 40 hectares of land in the south of Costa Rica. There, they have established an organic cocoa plantation, and they process their own cocoa themselves.
